About Me

Welcome to Bone Strong Training! I’m Brooke Stephens, a passionate certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people strengthen their bones and muscles, live healthier, and become the best version of themselves.
My journey into fitness started early, having been very active nearly my entire life and involved in a variety of sports and went on to play volleyball in college. In my mid-twenties, I developed a strong interest in weightlifting, nutrition and the science behind exercise and nutrition.
Outside of training, I love traveling, hiking, watching all kinds of sports, flying airplanes and learning new things. I live in the Dallas area where my family resides.

Why Bone Strength is Important To Me
Fitness and health have always been a cornerstone of my life, and I was shocked that at 41 years of age I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I discovered I had severe osteoporosis after suffering a back fracture while exercising. I still did not fully understand how bad my osteoporosis was and yet again fractured my back a year later exercising. After the second fracture, I was absolutely terrified to exercise and do some daily activities for fear that I would end up with another fracture. I knew not exercising wasn’t the right answer and I spent the next 2 years researching and testing the safest and most effective way to build bone strength without injuring myself. After learning what works to help build bone strength, I became passionate about helping others protect their bones while staying strong and active.
Bone Strong Programs
The programs I develop and individual training sessions are based on each individual clients goals and preferences. I take a combination of evidence from research studies, advice from medical experts in the field and real-world experience. I work with all types of individuals. Whether you are an adolescent or adult looking to improve muscle strength, bone strength, conditioning, posture, mobility or be more confident performing daily activities, I would love to help you!
